Global Warming for Busy People is mostly calls-to-action, and we focus on coaxing busy-but-concerned people to start fighting the good fight, teaching a basket of tactics drawn from the personal powers we all possess in a democratic, market-based economy.
But several times a month we publish “What’s So Dangerous About Global Warming” articles on economic and scientific trends unfolding before us. (As the old British saying goes, “There is nothing like the prospect of a hanging to focus the mind…”)
From CBS News in the United States, here is a piece explaining the likely lost-ground the globe will suffer if the new U.S. president follows through on hints he will pull the U.S. out of the historic 2015 Paris climate agreements. There is not much good that would come from his bull-in-the-china-shop action, but there is much harm…
Also, to add to the point, here is a piece on the Arctic melting earlier and more-severely, again this year from Inside Climate News, an excellent source of scientific journalism on global warming trends… we encourage you to bookmark them as one of your sources.
And, we support and follow them – might you consider a donation to their team to show your support for solid, fact-based science news?

3) To save the planet, USE YOUR VOICE and take advocacy seriously! Never miss a vote and never, ever stop influencing your government and all businesses locally, at the state level, and at the national level.
It falls upon you to lead the way with substantive global warming solutions.
And in all cases and at all times, cast aside the learned-helplessness that infects so much of modern life… the time is now for climate change solutions. No one else is going to do your part for you… never give up.
